I asked for alignment that I'm willing to pay extra for it but they said the system was down and not ready, so I have to drive to another shop to check the alignment.   The installer took over an hour to change my tires as he attended at least 3 other customers .After the tires were removed it took 30mins for the first tire to be on. Only after I stepped outside and asked him to hurry up.Communication was zero!!! He disregarded me as a customer and as a person it was a very bad experience. اقرأ اقل
