The Pilot Sport 3 features a Green Power Compound that delivers a combination of improved wet grip with increased fuel-savings and tread longevity. The asymmetrical tread design offers enhanced steering response on dry roads and superior control driving on bends. The combination of Anti-Surf System with a unique tread profile and optimized groove sizes/positioning bolsters anti-hydroplaning capabilities as well as improves braking performance, especially in wet road conditions. The use of Michelin's Programmed Distortion tire design provides enhanced steering control. Internal construction of twin steel belts reinforced by spirally-wrapped polyamide as well as polyester casing provides smooth ride and increased strength,
