The tire's advanced silica tread compound offers improved wet grip and lower rolling resistance. The asymmetric tread design features four wide channels for rapid drainage to reduce risk of aquaplaning and to improve wet braking performance. The use of Tie-Bar Technologies ensures optimal block stiffness for increased tread durability. The internal construction combines high-stiffness bead filler and single bead wire which provides responsive steering durability, enhanced handling and durability. It also comprises of wide steel belt and equilibrium carcass line design which enhances tread stiffness and increases sidewall durability for better cornering capabilities at highway speeds. The optimized pitch sequence offers lower road noise levels, while the 3D- kerf design enhances wet performance and ensures footprint maintains shape specially when braking and cornering.
