  I had to wait nearly 3 hours for a simple tire change of 2 wheels, despite taking the appointment a day prior to the visit. Justification given for the delay was that they didn't get my appointment schedule from Pitstop Arabia and hence, their schedule was already packed for the morning and treated me as a walk-in customer. Moreover, they scratched my rims during the tire installation as well. Intially they said don't worry, that will buff out. But I knew the damage was done, since the wheel had diamond cut finish and most shops in Dubai cannot repair such surface. To no surprise, after waiting for a bit more time, I was called in and said they tried their best to buff it out, but I will have to come another time to get it fully replaced. He also pointed out other scratches, which I do not recall at all, but at this point, I just wanted the car back with the tire as my entire morning was ruined.So overall, not a plesant experience at all, unfortunately. اقرأ اقل
