  During the service, the vehicle was lifted in a manner that nearly caused damage to the car. This raised serious concerns about the level of mechanical knowledge and competence demonstrated by the technicians involved. More importantly, after the work was completed, I discovered that the wheel fasteners had been tightened to approximately 100 N·m. The manufacturer’s specified torque for my vehicle is 210 N·m. This is a significant deviation from the required specification and represents a serious safety risk. Had I not personally verified the torque settings, there was a genuine possibility that the wheels could have loosened while the vehicle was in operation, potentially resulting in an accident. This is not a minor workmanship issue; it is a matter of customer safety. I entrusted my vehicle to your workshop with the expectation that all work would be carried out competently and in accordance with manufacturer specifications. The standard of service provided fell well below that expectation. I have photographs documenting the improper lifting of the vehicle and other relevant evidence, which I am prepared to provide upon request. I request that this matter be investigated immediately and that you provide a written response outlining: * The findings of your investigation. * The actions that will be taken to address this incident. * The measures that will be implemented to prevent similar safety issues from occurring in the future.   My only comment is the wait time was higher than expected due to lots of internal paper work that they needed in order to complete the work.
