  When you are going to buy and change 4 tyres of your car the installation and Balancing and Wheel alignment to be fixed free of cost. This dealer not agreed to fix the wheel alignment. I am not sure about your contract btw them but when someone buying 4 tyres same time this to be done mandatory. If this kind of experience from Customer in your dealers you may not net repeated customers also will result negative impact. Existing customers may not recommend you to their friends and neighbors.
