  Generally the service was good and the tyres were all fitted as agreed however during the course of fitting 2 of the vehicle tyre pressure sensors were damaged. I advised the technician at the very beginning of the process that the vehicle was fitted with tyre pressure sensors and that care must be taken whilst removing old and fitting new tyres. This has happened to me before and the sensors cost in the region of 250-300 dhs each which means any savings that I made through using your services have now been totally lost and it has cost me nearly the same as buying 5 tyres. اقرأ اقل

  The installer informed me that the tyres just arrived 10 minutes before my appointment which was confirmed by email from pitstoparabia.The person sitting behind the customer service desk was quite frustrated and later I could hear him shouting on the phone with someone in arabic. Not something a customer should ever hear.The job was done promptly.The waiting area was noisy and smelled bad, I decided to stand around while they were working on the car.There was a free wheel alignment check and they explained in details the result of the check which is really positive. اقرأ اقل

  Useless made me wait 2 hours, while accommodating their own paying customers first, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
