تلتزم بيت ستوب أرابيا بتوفير إطارات عالية الجودة تعمل بأفضل أداء ممكن. ولإثبات التزامنا، فإن جميع علامات الإطارات المتوفرة على بيت ستوب أرابيا تأتي مع ضمان محدود المدة، مجانًا!

يوفر لك الضمان محدود المدة تغطية لفترة محددة، عادة بين سنة واحدة إلى خمس سنوات حسب العلامة التجارية التي تشتريها، وذلك في حال حدوث عيب مصنعي في الإطار نتيجة عملية التصنيع أو المواد المستخدمة.

شروط الضمان

  • ستقوم بيت ستوب أرابيا بالتعاون مع الشركة المصنعة لترتيب استبدال الإطار إذا تبين وجود عيب ناتج عن عملية التصنيع أو المواد.
  • يغطي ضمان بيت ستوب أرابيا فقط الإطارات التي يتم تركيبها لدى أحد المراكز المعتمدة ضمن شبكة بيت ستوب أرابيا.
  • سيتم حساب قيمة الاستبدال و/أو التعويض بناءً على نسبة عمق المداس المتبقية عند تقييم المطالبة من قبل ممثل بيت ستوب أرابيا أو ممثل الشركة المصنعة.

باستثناء الضمانات التي تقدمها الشركات المصنعة، لا توجد أي ضمانات أخرى، صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك أي ضمان خاص بقابلية التسويق أو الملاءمة لأي استخدام محدد.

ما لا يغطيه الضمان

  • الأضرار الناتجة عن الحوادث أو الصدمات: مثل الثقوب أو التسربات الناتجة عن الأجسام الخارجية؛ أو الانتفاخات/الفقاعات الناتجة عن الاصطدام بالرصيف.

    • استخدام عجلات تالفة/غير مناسبة.
    • استخدام إطارات بمواصفات غير صحيحة للمركبة.

  • الأضرار الناتجة عن أجهزة النفخ غير المناسبة و/أو ملامسة مواد أو سوائل خطرة.
  • الأضرار الناتجة عن السباقات، المنافسات أو الاستخدام خارج الطرق الممهدة.
  • أعمال التخريب/السرقة.
  • الأضرار الناتجة عن الحرائق/الكوارث الطبيعية.
  • الإطارات المشتراة من بيت ستوب أرابيا ولكن لم يتم تركيبها لدى أحد المراكز المعتمدة التابعة لها.

يجب الاحتفاظ بالإطارات المطالب بها ضمن الضمان لغرض الفحص. لا يمكن قبول أي مطالبة بالضمان إذا لم يكن بالإمكان فحص الإطار المتضرر.
