  The service was extraordinary. Well trained people who escalated things correctly to the boss which ensured action at the right time. Installer is charging 300dhs for wheel alignment. Then after I showed him proof I got 125aed, reduced to 150dhs. Customers cannot be cheated like that. Full credit to mr. wasim of pitshop for a great job which saved me 1000dhs. I have positively recommended to friends in group. Keep this competitive nature alive always. Read Less

When I arrived to the installer, it took them a good 20 minutes to find the tires....however there was not much of a delay as the worker started removing the old tires Read Less

  Before providing feedback on Tires.ae (SunGate) I'd like to mention that I was not assigned my first choice installer - 1KM from me, as opposed to the 10km that I ended up having. Which brings me to the installation, which can only be described as a truly horrific experience. After following the location pin to 'SunGate', I was actually taken to Tires.ae. When I mentioned PitStop and my installation, they heard not heard of either. They were also incredibly rude. After discussing this with your call centre and driving around Al Quoz, I was then told to go back to Tires.ae. They had now found my order (60mins by now). I left my car and was told to come back in 90mins, which I did. When return, the installation was 50% complete. I have never witnessed a company with as much inefficiency as Tires.ae. Truly dreadful organisation and management who clearly do nothing to improve speed and productivity. When the installation was completed, I was then told it still needed the alignment - another 30mins. Once completed I was informed and showed a report that the front alignment was significantly out and that it would cost 500AED. Of course, I was surprised firstly about the additional cost and ten secondly about the alignment as Jeep had serviced the car just seven days before. At this point, there was zero trust in Tires.Ae so I took the car without having the alignment. Good job I did as well because I took the car to Jeep the very next day for an alignment check and surprise, surprise there was nothing wrong with it. I now have two very different reports from Tires.ae and Jeep. Utterly disgraceful that this has happened and that I would have paid 500AED to Tires.ae for nothing. I dread to think how often this may happen. I still have both reports. I will not be using PitStop Arabia again and I will be encouraging other drivers to avoid Tires.ae. Read Less
