  For Installer, I wouldn't recommend an installer First Stop (Al Ofoq Al Malaki Car Service) Sheikh Zayed Branch Quality of Service, they installed the Tyres but didn't fill them with recommended pressure. I need to do it myself at Petrol pump. They try to upsell services like polishing of rotor disks, which is useless. They sold me the wheel alignment at AED 350. I didn't know much about it until I found that other garages would do it for a cost of at most AED 150. That was rigged by installers for 15 minutes of work. Read Less

I am regular customer of New Bharat and fully aware of service and charges. When tried to negotiate the service man had a bad attitude. Read Less

  After their installation I immediately felt vibrations after 100 kph. As I have seen myself First Stop's machine after balancing showed 0 (zeros) for my new tyres, I thought I had rim roundness problem. And went to another workshop which I know is best on rims repair. They checked all 4 wheels for me. Rims were fine - but all 4 wheels - unbalanced! They rebalanced all 4 wheels for me - and vibrations were gone! So my overall experience was bad with First Stop - because such installation required additional costs to make everything work without the vibrations. Sadly bad. Read Less

  After their installation I immediately felt vibrations after 100 kph. As I have seen myself First Stop's machine after balancing showed 0 (zeros) for my new tyres, I thought I had rim roundness problem. And went to another workshop which I know is best on rims repair. They checked all 4 wheels for me. Rims were fine - but all 4 wheels - unbalanced! They rebalanced all 4 wheels for me - and vibrations were gone!   Terribly rude employee. The Iranian mechanic very rude and lying to me trying to upsell his brake pad etc. Telling me lies that my pads were worn when it’s clearly NEW. I do not agree with this type of business trying to cheat customers to sell their services. I complained but no one wanted to admit being manager. I will not recommend this place to anyone. U wil lose customers if u recommend this place. First stop Adnoc SZR is the worst tire shop I’ve been in last 20years in Dubai. Never will I return. Read Less

  The initial branch that I booked was in SZR. Their machine was broken so they cant fit the tyre. They first wanted me to come back the day after but I insisted because I came from FUJ. Later, the manager made arrangement to their other shop at E611 about 15mins away from the inital location. Low score only to the first shop as no notice given to me that their machine isnt working but I have a booking so they should know the schedule. Good experience, quick fitting and clean waiting room on the 2nd shop. Attendants gave water as courtesy. I appreciate that they use metallic tyre valve cap as other shop that Ive used before only give plastic. Read Less

  Encountered a very bad experience as despite the politeness and courtesy of the team, there seemed to be a focus on getting an addition scope of car maintenance unnecessarily like trying to convince me that breaking pads need replacement which was not the case as confirmed by the official car dealer maintenance team. secondly and more importantly, they used old or used valves while fitting the new tires only to came across the first flat tire a week after the fitting and had to go through the hassle of inflating the tire and taking it to a shop to fix a new valve at an additional cost and as i write this review, another valve has gone bad and now taking it to replace which am sure will be the case for the remaining valves as well. this is so unprofessional, cheap and deceptive.
