Not clear if alignment was required at all and it took just a single touch to complete. When I later checked the prices for this service I found out that I was overcharged. Read Less

After suspension and steering work, I changed tyres here, and due to careless installation, my suspension got damaged and started leaking.   On Saturday, March 13, 2026, I went to this shop to have my tires installed through PitStop Arabia. Sunil from PitStop connected me with this location. At first, I thought the service would be good, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst service experience I have had in a very long time. I arrived around 8:40 in the morning. The owner was not there, and only a few young workers were present. From the beginning, the customer service was extremely poor. After I explained why I was there, they told me to bring the car in and put it on the lift. When I asked to see the tires that were going to be installed on my car, there was no explanation. I was simply told to go inside and sit down. I said I preferred to stay outside and watch the work being done on my car, but they insisted that I go inside. From that point on, there was absolutely no sense of respect toward me as a customer. When the work was finished, there was no explanation, no basic courtesy, and not even a simple comment like “please contact us if you have any issues.” I was just told to leave. Honestly, trusting PitStop Arabia and coming to this shop was a big mistake on my part. The people running this shop are also foreigners living and working here, so I would expect at least a basic level of respect toward other people in the same situation. Basic courtesy is the foundation of any service business. I am not asking for anything special, only basic professionalism and respect. That is why it is very difficult for me to understand how this place has received a 4-star rating. I will never return to this shop again. If you do not personally know the people working here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Read Less

  I would rate their service poor. The treatment is no cordial at all. Didn't offer a place to sit. Had to stand in the work area till the work is finished. No clear explanations of problems. They broke one of wheel center cap and fixed it with super glue. When I said it might fall off ,they simply said come to us if it fall off. I wanted to do alignment and they said they don't have the service. When I asked any nearby place to do it, they were very reluctant to give any options. After asking several times,one of the worker told about a nearby place. Will never go to them for any service in future. I would recommend Pitstop Arabia should seriously consider inspecting service providers standards, or else you may lose customers because of them. Read Less
