  They changed the tyre outside of the garriage not using the hydronic lift . They used the jack and support to lift the car . When they removed the tyre , the car slipped off from the jack and hit the front bumper. The owner came out and apologized for the event but that doesn't matter . My car felldown due to their nelegance . I have the picture with me how did they removed the tyre. If they refused to accept then I will share the picture and sue them big time for the mishaps .   Very expensive for any additional work to be done, I had done wheel alignment where PitstopArabia said that Installer will charge 100dhs however the installer disregarded and said it we will not give what Pitarabia said we will charge 180dhs. Very disappointed. will never go there again Read Less

  Its not worth it to do alignment there as you just charge people you without knowing if the car needs preparation or parts before taking our money, so unprofessional, and when I come back and tell you the car still has same issue you tell me that it needs parts to be fixed before alignment, Is that even logical? Plus scratching my wheel while installing new tires and also dealing with car roughly whcih caused door handle to be taken out of the door, you need to be more professional to fix your bad ratings I saw on google maps but unfortunately I saw them too late.
