  While my car was being handled, installer received two more customers and at one point I felt they lost focus on my car due to multiple vehicle handling at the same time. I felt they could have given more time to wheel balancing of 4 new tyres in my car and also final nut and bolt fixing/checking once the car was brought dowm from the ramp. I still have this fear that something is missing from perfection on that job. (proper balancing and tightning of nut/bolts). Read Less

That was discussed and agreed with your representative over the phone and on WhatsApp. However, I have not received my refund even after 10 daysI called and complained.
