The HP5000 MAX utilizes an asymmetric tread with rigid outer shoulders for precise cornering and a grooved inner section for rapid water dispersion, delivering reliable wet braking and hydroplaning resistance. The high-silica compound maintains flexibility and heat tolerance on scorching roads, while four wide grooves and dense siping boost overall adhesion. Variable pitch design reduces road noise to 71 dB, and the reinforced radial structure with twin steel belts supports XL loads up to 850 kg with stable handling.
